We liked the timeliness, the technician was very professional and polite. I liked talking through what we were going to have done. I also really appreciated being shown the difference between the cleaned carpet and the rest that was to still to be cleaned. The whole interaction from scheduling to cleaning was well done, and easy. We are very satisfied!
