I liked that they sprayed the carpet first to get that starting to work before they started cleaning. Also they were careful with the corners of furniture and walls with the protectors. My carpet looks good except one spot where plant water overflowed. They also asked me to go around before they left to see if there was any place they needed to redo. It's hard to tell when it's wet.

I just had the carpets cleaned three months earlier, but the quality this time around was great. Your colleague who came out was great to work with, walked me through the process (since I had pets, he helped me understand all of those issues). He was very considerate of the property too.

Zerorez left my white carpeting clean. the only problem that i have is the Pet Stains were much more noticable than they were before the cleaning. Could it be the stuff that was sprayed as a pretreater. Stains did not come out and are much more colorful

Friendly and knowledgeable technician who was effecient. Carpet dried very quickly with no reside or smell. Reasonable price for quality of work. I really appreciate the extra care given to prepare the rooms and protect the walls and areas from damage. Overall the service was excellent and I plan to use Zerorez again this fall for additional rooms.

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, on time but most importantly, he did a really great job cleaning my carpet. I had one particularly tough stain and I would give him a 10 for the effort and results.

Everyone is busy today and it is important that when business schedules a time to be at your place they communicate and show up when they say they are going to. Zerorez hit a home run on communication and being on time. Jacob is the service tech that cleaned our carpet. He was totally all about the customer and that is hard to come by today. We started our spring cleaning early and will have Zerorez back out again and we would be very happy if we got Jacob back. We are very pleased with the job that was done and highly recommend Zerorez.
