The service was exceptional. The carpet was clean, half as wet a a local competitor that we had used from a prior time, and Zerorez got stains out that were there after the previous cleaners left. We are very satisfied with the service, will use again for sure.

First off, my technician, Ryan was training in a new team member who took it upon himself to help me move my garbage cans back up the drive way. What a way to start a service call. Both technicians were professional and courteous. Ryan was very passionate about the service he provides. He was very knowledgeable about the entire cleaning process from start to finish. This was especially exciting since I'm someone who appreciates the "why" behind things. Ryan also discussed the cleaning techniques used by other carpet cleaning competitors and explained how what they do don't compare to the quality of Zerorez. I even learned about carpet fiber degradation. How great is that!!! Ryan always assured me of what he's was doing before he started. Safety wall bumpers and a quick dry fan were used. I was provided blue booties and advised to careful traverse between the linoleum and carpet surfaces. Ryan had my safety in mind. Overall, the service exceeded by expectations.
