The tech Nathan Sorenson worked hard and the products he used took the dirt out of the carpet. I could see the difference. I'd had Coit out here a few years back- they guy shampoo'd the whole house in less than an hour and I couldn't see any difference. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again myself!
My carpets looked very clean. Almost all the spots were removed. Antwan was a great service worker. He was personable, knowledgable about the services and worked efficiently and conscientiously. I was very happy with the service.

My carpet looks and smells better! I was, however, disappointed in the way the lead cleaner treated his partner (apprentice??) while in my presence. He barked orders at him and didn't appear to be real patient.
