Products I am indifferent about (they did make the carpets smell great)
Unfortunately my Mom cleaned a spot of doggie pee on our brown carpet. I was unaware, and when the tech cleaned it, the carpet became discolored. Not his fault as neither one of us knew beforehand. The tech I had was OUTSTADING - he was more knowledgeable then any in home service person I have dealt with! Great training program!!!

The carpet technician was very polite and professional - he explained all of our options in detail upfront, and provided the services with no interruption to our daily life/schedule. Also, your pet treatment did the trick on a room that our dog had had some "accidents" in - looks and smells fine now.

Great service guys (Chris and Jesse) - friendly and professional. Did an outstanding job on our carpets and upholstery - removed long-existing stains. Really nice work!

Steve and his helper(sorry forgot his name) were great!! Very informative and polite. Unfortunatly my pet smell remains and I understand there was no guarantee for that. Carpets look great other than the pet issues in the main room.

the guys were very thorough, explained everything and were honest. It was good to hear when they were confident about certain stains, and honest about other areas! The carpets look great.....too good for my husband to let me get new carpets! :)

Zerorez provided the most thorough cleaning that our carpets have ever had. Pet stains were our worst problem and they are completely gone now. No discoloration, no smell and above that, our carpets have gotten new life. The carpet fiber are standing up again after being matted down from high traffic. Our carpet is literally like new again.
