Great customer service. I assume good cleaning; my carpets were not that visibly dirty. Some spots in a high traffic area appeared again within a few days. My stairs look much better and I did get the stain guard on them so I hope the old stains are gone for good.

He was the best one in all the times I had the carpets cleaned. It would be best for you to ask about which furniture should be moved when cleaned or have an assistant to help clean under beds.
