I was extremely happy with the service I received from Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. I called for an appointment and someone was at my door 20 minutes later! The carpet stain was fully removed and the service tech was very professional. Thank you!

the employee was on time, extremely friendly and thorough......only thing i didn't like was the up/sell: i was beginning to think the regular cleaning package wasn't good enough, like i wasn't going to get clean/deodorized carpets unless i bought more services....

Products: whatever cleaning agent you use does not have a lingering odor, cleans up stains and pet odors and left my carpets looking like new again. Also, your representative, Tayolr was as professional and very polite in every way. He took the time to examine our carpets and he gave us recommendations as to what he thought best to do for us and gave an honest estimate of what the cost would be. Would we recommend ZEROREZ, YES, in a heartbeat!!! Thank you to your company and to your staff person Taylor. He is super.
