very quick drying time. However i was a little disapointed that they did not clean up their tracks from the hose that came across the kichten floor from dragging the hose thru the driveway and garage. other than that it appears good.

My technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and while explained options - was not pushy about it. I will not have a company back when the technicians are too pushy into "add on" services.

I like that you do not use chemicals and was initially drawn in by that. This is my first experience, but it was nice to be given a time frame ahead of time, and the technician did come during that time frame. You can end up waiting around all day for some services, never knowing when they might appear, and I appreciated that I could still make other plans in my day.

The service professional was arrived at the requested time. They were very courteous and friendly!

I liked how easy it was to book an appointment. I liked how polite and considerate the workers were to me. They were very upfront about costs and what else could and should be done in cleaning the carpets. They were willing to do extra for me if I needed it. They were considerate of putting disposable footies on their shoes to keep the rest of my floors clean. They did all they could to get out stains and debrise from my very old carpet. I felt as if they could have done no more to get my carpets as close to new as was humanly possible. In fact, they were able to say I did not need a special treatment for pet problems and so my estimate went down! Plus, they were quick and efficient without sacrificing quality of work. And they told me how to best maintain my carpet for the future, including giving me a zero-scent spray for future pet indecencies.
