I was so impressed with the entire experience of getting our carpet clean. Our technician, Ryan, was so informative and did an awesome job. I couldn't believe how great our carpet looked and felt afterwards. Our house smelled fresh like oranges. Ryan did an excellent job of telling us what to expect, how the technology worked and what to do for future stains. We purchased the Zerorez solution and are excited to try it.
