Did job corrrectly

The cleaners were polite, helpful, and all around great guys. They did a great job on the house and helped move everything that needed it.

My only concern is that there is a stain I paid extra to remove in front of a bedroom door that didn't come out all the way. I didn't notice it when the floor was wet but now that it is dry I can see the stain.

Brian Dear was awesome. He did such a great job cleaning our carpet, love seat an ottoman. He was very respectful and thorough which we very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the results and love how soft the carpet is......no sticky residue.....LOVE that!!!

I LOVED Terry, not only did he do a fabulous job, but he also gave us tips on keeping the carpet clean. My husband is in a wheelchair, so there was a lot of ground in dirt. And, the carpet was dry enough for him to drive on it that evening. Thank you, Terry. I'll be calling you the next time we need our cream-colored carpets to sparkle again!

This is the second time I have had your company out to clean my carpets. This time around I also had my vents cleaned. Doug was the service technician and he was very personable and explained very clearly what he was going to do. My carpet looks great now. I have a dog and your product was able to clean two areas on the rug that were very dirty from her laying in those two places.
Both times the service technicians have been very nice and arrived on time.

I like the non toxic nature of the product and spot removal capability. I especially liked the representatives who came to my home. Robert was extremely professional, had excellent communication skills, and was very concerned with customer satisfaction. He was training a new rep, Jaime and he, as well, was very professional and had a nice manner.

LOVE LOVE LOVE that you have such environmentally friendly process and products!!! The employees are amazing, friendly, accomodating, VERY knowledgable and we love the service! We have Zerorez once a year at least and every time it leaves our 20 year old builder's carpeting looking brand new even with 3 pups!!! BLESS YOU GUYS!!!!!

The ony thing is I put it on a credit card and did not get a receipt
