The carpet looks much better. The technician was polite and got right down to business.

The service professionals were prompt, professional and obviously highly trained and experienced. They worked quickly and efficiently to clean our large living room/dining room area, stairs, and upstairs and downstairs hallways. We had multiple pet stains, and a carpet that hadn't been professionally cleaned in many years, but they were still able to clean our carpet not only thoroughly but also beyond our expectations. The carpet looks new despite having three cats and a 17 year old house! We now feel comfortable allowing our eight month old daughter to play directly on the carpet without a protective barrier. We recommend them to anyone considering having their carpets cleaned without the use of toxic chemicals, especially if they have children or pets they want to protect from chemical residues.

I liked how the technician explains the science behind carpet wear and cleaning. I liked how respectful the tech was of our home and to us and offered options.

Our technician (Erik T), did a fantastic job. In particular he;
- Was very friendly and polite, we felt very comfortable having him in our home
- He did a fantastic job of making sure that the door was a tightly sealed as possible (below zero outside)
- He did a wonderful job. Worked quickly but thoroughly.
