My technician showed up when he said he would, was very thorough, polite, careful with the equipment in my home and was professional. He asked me at least three to five times if I had any questions. I was so impressed with the technician--I would call Zerorez again just for the professionalism.

Aaron was prompt and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He was able to remove stains and residue left by our previous cleaning company. He was very knowledgable about the zerorez company and products. He also suggested product to clean the grout in our ceramic floor.
