Where do I start? Every tech who has come has been thorough, curteous, helpful and I never felt uncomfortable having them in my house. Stains have disappeared and old carpets are refreshed and looking great. Everything is handled with care and dedication. I think your prices are very competitive based on other stories I hear, and I like that you run specials often. Zerorez is a great company and I do recommend you every time a friend is thinking of cleaning their carpets.
This time your service person was very personable and cordial. I do suggest you give returning customers year after year a little more break on other services you offer ie duct cleaning, rugs cleaned etc... food for thought but a 25 dollar break just doesnt entice a good customer who uses you year after year.

Effective and green
I can't decide which to talk about first - the quality of your service or the quality of your customer service! Because of a dog and a dark chocolate bar, I had some very difficult stains to get out of the carpet. Nate had advised me that although the stains may look gone now, they may reappear as the carpet dried and more stain was pulled up to the top. He told me that if that happened, just call and they would come back out. The stains made a reappearance and Zerorez came back just as they said they would. The stains are now completely gone. I am thrilled as I wasn't sure it was possible to get them out. The rest of my carpets look great also!
I am a huge supporter of great customer service. The two genglemen that came to my home to provide the cleaning service were not only skillful but absolutlely top notch in terms of knowledge and friendliness. That level of customer service is rare indeed. I am a Zerorez customer for life!
