The professionalism and the perfectionism of Adam, the gentleman who cleaned our carpet. There were a couple of spots that were pretty bad, and he didn't quit until he tried everything he could. He made our carpets beautiful again!

The service was on time and very professional . My only disappointment was with one of the bedrooms where our dog had urinated. There still seems to be the smelly spots - no difference even with the special treatment.

Extremely accommodating customer services from scheduling to the technicians actual service. They helped with the heaviest furniture removal and were happy to do it!
I will always be using Zerorez from here on out for cleaning of any flooring.

Your staff, Bill and DeWayne, were very helpful and friendly. They got right to work and did an amazing job on our carpets. The carpets were dry in a day and look great.

Economically sound no crunchy carpet or strong smell left behind. Just a clean smell look and feel. The service I received was outstanding. Vey professional polite courteous and were very informative on what specific needs for my carpets. Did force me into anything I didn't need. Very very pleased overall. I would recommend ZEROREZ to all my friends and family. I have found my forever carpet cleaning company.
