I have had other companies clean my carpets and while the end results from Zerorez are better they are not astonishingly better. But, the customer service that Zerorez provides is beyond compare and should be a model for all service companies not just carpet cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that the carpet looks, smells and feels very clean. The young man who came to our house was friendly, polite, covered his shoes while walking in our home. He didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. I would recommend him to my friends when they have Zerorez clean their carpets. I hope you let him know how much we appreciated his work and work ethic! He is a great representative for your company.

Alex just cleaned our carpet but he did much more than that! He educated us on all of the services that Zerorez has to offer the public.
Plus he explained how he would complete the job we had set up with him and he performed the work thoroughly and in a timely fashion!
Now a couple of days later we see the excellent results and will be telling our family and friends of his fantastic work and Zerorez's products plus work-regime! Cheers to Zerorez!!

The customer service at zerorez is too notch. From the phone call to make the appointment to the service in my house , everything was great. Kyle did such a nice job explaining everything and answering all my questions . I love zerorez and will use them again and again !

Efficiency and promptness.Darren was excellent ! He was knowledgeable, quick and polite. He cleaned up and left NO mess. The carpet looks good. we have not moved the furniture back yet but we are pleased so far.

No soapy residual left; non-toxic for dogs; carpets dry quickly. I really appreciate a no hassle approach to adding more services at the time of service especially when you only want the basic clean.

My carpets always turn out looking great. This time Kyle and his partner had a little accident in knocking over an inexpensive shelving unit while doing my family room carpet. The piece was not very important to me yet they did everything to recover the situation, cleaning an area rug for free as well as protecting two rooms for free!! I couldn't have been more pleased!
