We have used zerorez in the past and have been happy but this past time zerorez came out was nothing short of exceptional! Ryan & Robert were punctual and polite. They worked very hard cleaning two levels of carpet for us. We had one area of the house that was especially difficult because our puppy had been having accidents there. Before zerorez came to clean our carpets the house had a funky smell and the floors just looked dingy. Now the carpets look and smell brand new and our now older and slightly better trained puppy can't find anywhere in the house that remotely smells like some place to go. I will continue to use and recomend Zerorez!

The products are effective and as the name states leave no residue leaving carpets soft and clean. I truly appreciated my technicians. They were so very kind and understanding. Water leaked from my laundry room to the lower level and onto the carpet. They were in the townhouse complex and came after finishing a job elsewhere. I'm sure there would have been staining had they not come over that evening and cleaned the involved area. Appreciated their thoroughness and willing to stay to work later on the evening to clean my carpet. A big thanks to you both!
