Chris, the gentleman who cleaned out carpets was polite, efficient, and informative without being pushy. Chris worked hard when he was here and our carpets look and feel great! The service worker who did the cleaning was clean cut and in uniform, he was polite and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean and up to date and care was taken not to damage walls with the vacuum and water hoses. Lastly our carpet has never appeared this clean after other companies were finished with their process. I am very pleased.
