The guy who did our carpets was Steve and he was very honest and professional. As far as the carpets go they turned out great and I was very happy with how they actually felt. After the dried I was shocked at how soft it felt. I would definitely recommend Zerorex to friends. On a side note, we have a 130 lbs dog and having the carpet done removed any odor there might have been.

THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND COMPLETE.

First, I must say that the man who provided the carpet cleaning service was very very good! He called before he showed up and he was on time! He did an great job asking what I was wanting and he explained what I had ordered when I called Zerorez. He educated me about the services I ordered and then made some very helpful suggestions. As a result, I asked him to clean additional areas and after he explained the Maxim product, I asked him to also apply Maxim to some of the areas cleaned. He was really helpful! When he was done, he reviewed with me what he had done and he carefully explained what I should do over the three days following the cleaning.

I own a business and I know that it is not easy to find good workers/employees. The man who did the service in my home (I think his name was John) was very very good! I would definitely want him to clean my carpets the next time they need cleaning.
