I was very pleased with the quality of professionalism exhibited by both Todd, the lead tech, and his associate, Ryan. Todd competently explained the procedure and was able to answer all of my questions. They took care pulling and working the hoses near the walls, banister and doorways.
It is really refreshing to have people take pride in the task they are doing. I would definitely hire Zerorez again and request Todd and Ryan.

I requested to have my rugs back in a week that info didn't get onto my order also someone was supposed to call me with quotes fir pads for my two rugs that did not happen

My only issue I have is over the phone I was told I would be charged $60 for a gallon of pet stain removal and I was charge $60 per room (3). I should have questioned it but my pet stains were bad and it could be a different treatment.

Otherwise, I was highly satisfied.
