We were given a 3 hour time frame for the visit and he called about an hour into this to say he was 15 minutes away. There was no odor, I am very sensitive to that. The serviceman, Loyal, was very personable, explained what he was doing and what the product was and what to expect as far as drying time.

The technician Jaime A. that came to our house was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly & nice, & did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. I was so happy with the job he did! :-)

Everything. Very little water laying around and very courteous representative that came out to our house. Tyler was his name. I would highly recommend him specifically to my friends.

He called and wanted to come early and when he came he helped with moving furniture. He was very polite and did a good job for as old as our carpet is. It is a good feeling to have it clean.
