Convenient, job done well, service personnel are knowledgeable.

There was no lingering odor, and though it took much longer than the 4-6 hours to dry, it seemed to do the job. The reason my place did not dry as fast was that my heat went out that night and I didn't realize it until the next morning when it was 66 degrees in here. My dad's place was dry the next morning.

Dennis did a great job and was so kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
