I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Rob showed. He managed to get the perfume/pet smell and soap residue feeling out of my carpet that had been left behind by my frequent cleaning with my steam vac. Within a couple days, though, the spots started showing again once the carpet was thoroughly dried. I havent contacted them yet regarding the 30 day guarantee because its hard to find the right time to reclean. Hoping they honor it though since it cost me more than i have ever paid for carpet cleaning.

The technician Mike did a great job. The previous owners of my house had dogs, and the carpet cleaning completely relieved us of any allergies.
The professionalism of the carpet cleaner was excellent. He explained thoroughly what he would do and if a spot wasn't coming out exactly why. He, also, on his own saw a dirty entry rug and cleaned it. He, EDWARD, did an excellent job and I would definitely call Zerorez again. (I also liked the fact that I didn't have to make an appointment so far out in the future)
