Green and still very effective. Carpets looked great and the agent was very carful with our walls and furniture.

He came and explained what he would be doing. He made sure all questions were answered and the price. I showed him the few spots I had. He pre- treated them and the rest of the carpets. He then cleaned the 3 rooms. They turned out terrific! It happened to be snow mixed with rain that day. There was no mess.

THEY WORK!!! Wow. Amazing--only stuff that truly takes the urine smell out of the carpet permanently, and without attracting more dirt because of the residual stuff left on the carpet.

The technicians were simply wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. Our carpets look amazing!

As ALWAYS,,, The crew was friendly and knowledgable. I was impressed with the knowledge the crew had about carpeting, different products, and advice to save me money. I was lucky enough to get a crew with a new employee in training and as in the past, I hit it off with the cleaning techs. Whatever the Zerorez company does to screen and hire it's employees seems to work because each time we've used them the service, friendly demeanor and professionalism of the tech that arrives at our door is top notch.
