I brought in a Persian rug that had belonged to my wife's mother and had somehow ended up in a storage locker for probably twenty years. The 4'x7' Kirman had large yellow stains on each end. Rick Jenkins, Rug Production Manager, accepted the rug and cleaned it himself. He even called a colleague in New York to get additional ideas. The result was a transformation!
