the technician was wonderful! I wish I could remember his name, but he was so professional, explained the process, products, options I had. I never felt like he was "selling" anything. Becuase of his approach I really listened to what he had to say, he seemed very knowledgeable. He was also very accomodating to my time, I was babysitting my grandson while he was here and he was very understanding. Thanks!

When your employee did our carpets in October of 2013 I was not really satisfied with the resalts! HOWEVER, after contemplating on doing this one by my self, I decided to give Zerorez another try. We are so pleased with the two man team you sent out this time, Stains not removed last time were taken care of and now as we look at our carpet we are soo glad we called Zerorez back to do the job. They were in and out in a very quick and profesional mannar.
