We were thoroughly pleased with Sean's attention to detail& quick way he dealt with all of our carpet cleaning needs; we've had zerorez once before and are very pleased with the results. Sean was especially good at explaining the company Products to us and clearly explained how the cleaning process worked and the health benefits of using your Company for cleaning. He was never pushy about sales pitches,but at the same time a great representative for your company in the careful manner he went about his work and meticulous way in which he treated our carpets. He was careful to protect our new wood floors around the work spaces .
I like that the cleaning is done without harmful chemicals and yet still does a marvelous job.

We were very pleased with the results. Even the high traffic areas look good. The employees were professional and friendly. We would definately recommend Zerorez.

I liked the serviceman who gave superior service over last years serviceman from Zerorez. I can't remember his name...but he was British and from Bloomington. He explained everything to me, and he did a thorough job...going the extra mile. He was positive and top notch. I would have Zerorez again mainly because he did such a good job...and I would ask for him specifically!!!

My whole experience was wonderful. Customer service was attentive and helpful, the tech called when he was 15 minutes from our house. Matt did a great job thoroughly explaining the process, took his time to do a good job all the way through the final walk through. I am very happy with the state of my carpets and will be using zerorez services again.

The carpets were clean getting out spots that were questionable. They dried as I hoped they would which was in no time at all.

The technicians that cleaned our carpets were very knowledgeable about the process and products available to take care of any spots or stains. I love the fact that Zerorez is safe for my child who has severe allergies and a weakened immune system. It feels great to know he can lie on the floor and play safely on the carpet without breathing in harmful chemicals or soap residue. My carpet has never looked cleaner, and it dried so quickly! It looks brand new!

My tech, Justin, was very professional and did a great job! He had me check everything over to make sure I was satisfied with each room before he moved on. It smelled like fresh oranges when he was done cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez!
