We had an oriental rug cleaned. I liked the fact they called me to talk about the cleaning and repairs (I had asked for opinion regarding repairing fringe). They were honest and I appreciated that. They were at the house and returned/delivered the cleaned rug exactly when they said they would.

liked the fact no soap is used. We have pets and prefer not to have that on their feet, etc.

The individuals who came out to do our job, Rob, was exceptional! Very polite, professional. I felt they took their time and did a great job.

Amazing! Our carpet looks like new! I didn't realize how bad it was getting (obviously knew I had some stains so called Zerorez), but I'm overwhelmed with how good it looks!

The professionalism of the staff. All 3 times I've had Zerorez clean my carpets it's been great. Also, it seems because of the empowered water it seems like everything dries faster.

Polite quick guys do a great job on your carpets and floors. I LOVE having clean grout in the kitchen for the first time ( since we moved in). And it was instant! So happy with my zerorez service.

The boilogical treatments really enhanced the final results of the cleaning. Good job. I do have one recommendation...
The area rug treatment prices can easily exceed the cost of a rug. I think the techs should be trained in providing feedback or recommendations to a customer to determine if the cost is worth the benefit. For example, an afghan/persian/oriental rug may well be worth the cost to clean, but cleaning a standard synthetic 6'x8' or 8'x10' area carpet/rug may quickly exceed the value of the rug.
