The service technician was very informative and instructive. He took the time to treat me like I was smart enough to make informed decisions about my carpet. Then he did a super job cleaning it. The products are strong, but they are natural so they smell good. My 14-year-old white carpet had never been professionally cleaned and now it looks like it's almost new (plus we have four children).
You arrived on time, and your technicians were courteous and thorough.

"green" cleaning. Service great....they carefully protected our walls & woodwork from being touched by their equipment. Also closed off the front door with plastic to avoid the cold air from entering the house while cleaning. No other company has done these things.

Whatever you use to clean the carpet was in the most part, successful with the exception of a few very small spots in the office and in pathway from kitchen to TV room...that I cleaned up with a laundry type stain remover. The spots did not show up until it was dry, so appeared to be spot free while cleaners were here...
The workers were cooperative and were vey helpful in arranging and getting all areas covered as I indicated...Just was surprised when a few spots appeared when dried..
