There was no lingering odor, and though it took much longer than the 4-6 hours to dry, it seemed to do the job. The reason my place did not dry as fast was that my heat went out that night and I didn't realize it until the next morning when it was 66 degrees in here. My dad's place was dry the next morning.

We liked the service representative, Casey Carlson, that came out to our home and cleaned our carpeting! He was a splendid young man whom you should be very proud to have representing your company! He was mannerly, knowledgeable, thorough and very conscientious, and we would recommend HIS work to anyone! As far as the company's products are concerned...the carpeting looks and feels clean, and as of now, we're very satisfied with our experience with your company!

We've had our carpets & my parents carpets done by Zerorez at least 5 times. You always have friendly, hardworking employees who do an amazing job cleaning our carpet. We didn't have our carpets cleaned last year (due to potty training:)and I can't believe that after the cleaning the carpet looks brand new. I tell everyone I know to use Zerorez.
