I scheduled an appointment. The technician called 20 minutes prior. He was on time, helpful and did I great job getting our carpet looking good! I appreciate a business who honors my time by actually showing up during the timeframe promised.

I had my ducts, furnace, dryer vent, and Venmar cleaned by Jon's crew. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job cleaning, and went above and beyond by putting all of the vent covers back on and furniture in place. They explained everything very well and even showed me a video of what they had done. The same day I had Bill out to clean my carpet. He walked me through the area before, during, and after to inspect his work. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took their jobs very seriously. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will also have them back for future work!!

Your technician was fabulous and worked very hard to get out some stains.

Our carpets and furniture look like almost brand-new! Chris and Ronnie did an outstanding job with all of the carpets here, including some pet stains, etc. We will ask for them to come back in the spring, for sure!

The service guy (Greg) was extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning technology, and other aspects of how the carpet would get dirty and offered tips on how to use/not use other cleaners on wooden floors to reduce residue and dirt build up.

The service team was on time, friendly and very professional. The service was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. Due to the age of our carpet and some high traffic dark stain, we had high hopes but low expectations, after all Zerorez doesn't advertise they work miracles, however the outcome came very close - a 1000% improvement! Zerorez get's our highest recommendation.

I like that you don't use soapy chemicals and that the carpet is not soaking wet when you are finished. I also liked how professional your technician was and that he didn't concentrate on selling more services than I had chosen.

The technician was very thorough, and informative on services and what he could offer us. The end result was a very clean and nice smelling microfiber couch.

The person who was here was very personable and helpful. He did a great job with the cleaning. My comment has to do with not having a commercial vacuum cleaner to use before he
began the cleaning. With the hot water heat we have, I expected to have the carpet in front of the floor heating units cleaned, but he didn't have a tool for those small spaces. This has
nothing to do with the person doing the cleaning. The cleaning was just fine.
