I like that you are thoroughly cleaning my rugs without using harsh chemicals. Your employees are always excellent and professional. I use your enzyme cleaner product on stains in between cleanings and it works very well. I think the service is a bit less affordable than other companies but it is a reasonable for the level of cleaning and service. Quincy was great this weekend!
Steve, our technician, was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and performed the job as promised. We had a lot of pet stains along with normal wear on our carpets and Steve got everything as close to perfect as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to use Zerorez again!
