I love that you don't use chemicals most of all, but the service we received on the phone setting up the appt. AND the service from the technician who came out to our house (Tony Erickson) was phenomenal also. Those were all contributors that added to our overall positive experience, and if any of those components were not a 9 or 10 on the scale, that would affect the likelihood of recommending you to my friends or family. This was our first experience with Zerorez, so we will definitely be back. We have light-colored carpet and a German shepherd, and I am so happy at how CLEAN our carpets look now--even the stairs. I'm impressed and happy! Thank you!

Terry Fahey was my serviceman. He was very honest on whether my carpet would come out clean. He said that the carpet should come out very bright and get rid of some of the spots. he showed me a couple of squares where he did not clean and I was surprised at how clean the carpet did look. He told me that since I did not have any pets and we took off our shoes at the door that my carpet would look great. Yes it did. I was very pleased.
Terry was suppose to come between 3-6. He called earlier in the day and said between 1-3. Great news. He got right to work and was done within 45 minutes or less.

Very fast, carpet not soaked so dried quite quickly. Extremely courteous and professional individuals. All was excellent. Will have more done in the spring.

They were able to get out coffee, pop, and pet stains as well as just brighten the carpet. The two men that did it were knowledgeable, professional, and were careful in the house (e.g., put up corner guards, wore shoe covers, put up a door sill).

I like the products and particularly the service. Patrick, our technician, was wonderful and worked very hard.
Something I don't like, however, are all of the add-ons. I understand the advertised pricing is introductory, but every additional feature comes with more costs, which leaves the customer feeling a bit duped.....and poor!
