When the tech leaves the house smells nice and clean
Zerorez can get the oldest of carpets look at feel like new. I had several stains from a variety of sources (pets/coffee/grease)and they got every one of them out! Nathan (the tech) was running late and I was kept informed of the ETA by their dispatch office.
I had two concerns when Nathan arrived an hour after the original window of time I was assigned. It was dark outside and I was worried the stains wouldn't show up well enough for him to get them clean. Additionally I was concerned that since it was after 5pm when he came, that he'd rush through the work so he could be done for the day. I didn't need to worry about either. I had marked the stains with green tape in the daylight and he got them all completely out. He didn't hurry through his work whatsoever. I felt like he really listened to me and my requests and even did two additional rooms for me that I hadn't originally requested. He was very professional.
This is the 3rd time I've had Zerorez out and I wouldn't use anyone else. All three experiences have been excellent.
