No chemicals. We had an excellent tech this time by the name of James. He was very knowledgable and thorough. We have used Zerorez before, but James was by far the best service technician we have had. Hard working individuals like James are going to bring customers back and encourage others to use your service.

Our area rug came back looking like new. I'm very pleased with your service & the speed with which the rug was cleaned. I was told it would be about 2 weeks but it only took 4 days.

Very nice customer service rep when I called to schedule the appt. Answered all my questions and laid out all the costs for the service. The on site tech was also very good. No surprises or up sell. Very efficient service on site. The carpets look great.
