From the moment the technician (Alec) called to let me know when he would arrive to the very end he was extremely professional, and extremely informative. Alec was thorough and completed the project in a timely manner. He explained everything very well in English, not like I was someone on the profession. I like the results which were achieved, Alec was able to remove a big stain as well as a couple smaller stains we had. We like that there wasn't a strong cleaner smell afterward; I appreciate that having small children I didn't want them to have to deal with that in their rooms.

The service is good, though not all stains came off, that is due to the age of the carpet. However, I am very pleased with the thorough job. The technician who handled our job was extremely patient and tried his best to get rid of every stain possible. Our carpet looks very clean despite its age.

The service technician was prompt and very thorough. It's nice to not have the
carpet full of water and soap after the process is completed.
After I emailed my interest, I received a quick email back and then a follow-up phone call, no pressure at all, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. I was able to schedule our carpet cleaning within a couple days and we are very pleased with the job. We were told the carpet would dry within 6-12 hours and that was right on. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbors and friends.
