The service person was friendly and thorough and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He went over some spots twice that I was concerned about. Our carpet is a very light tan and dirty spots are obvious. We had some dark buildup in high traffic areas that I didn't expect would come clean. When the carpets dried we couldn't even tell where the spots had been it got so clean. They were not crunchy afterward and they smell fresh. In all it was a very pleasant experience. Now that the carpet is so clean, we have noticed the walls look like they need attention and we are going to have to paint! Thank You for the excellent service.
