I though that the technician was very knowledgeable. He made suggestions but was not pressuring me to do anything. He walked around and took notice of certain spot that needed special attention. He did not hurry his job but did it to the best of his ability. I think he did a good job and our carpets look much better than they did before. (except for a couple of spots.
Now, unfortunately I was not here when he left and my husband did not ask him about some spots. He managed to get most out but there were a couple he did not and one he missed. Perhaps he could not remove them or maybe they needed more attention. I don't know.
