I did not like that I was charged a fee for "water handling" and some such that made my 3-room coupon for $129 jump to $164 after fees... Perhaps I was unintentionally uniformed; perhaps I did not pay enough attention; however, at the end of the day after great service, I did feel slightly slighted.

Did not tell me to vacuum beforehand; other than that, everything was great.

It was done quick and got the pet smell out of our home. The one thing that could have been improved was having more fans to dry the carpet. I believe you advertise free drying of carpet when asked but only 1 fan was available with the tech we had. :(

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about my carpet needs, and the work was done very professionally with meticulous attention to dental. My carpets look like new again, and I was certain before we started, because I have a pet, that there were going to be certain problem stains that wouldn't get taken out, but after the cleaning was all done all of the trouble spots we gone. I'm very satisfied and will continue to use you in the future.

Athough I loved the actual service, I was very disappointed with the office/scheduling. There was a mistake made on when my appointment was scheduled. The person I talked to was very clear that I was the one who made the mistake (which is not true) and pretty much directly stated that I had to be the one who made the mistake because they (the company) would never have made a mistake. I felt very disrescepted.

I was really impressed with Steven, our technician, who was very professional and informative. He did great work and gave us ideas on how to keep our carpet cleaner in the future.
