The service I received, starting with my first phone call, was professional and very informative. I have a parrot and wanted to be sure no chemicals were used in my home. I was assured that there would not be. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet areas where my dog had soiled when ill was wonderful. He spent a good amount of time working to be sure that all odors were removed and stains no longer visible. I also had two area rugs cleaned. They were brought to the shop by the person that cleaned my carpet. I picked up my rugs when they were finished and once again received excellent service. Everything in my home looks fresh and clean and I have already recommended Zerorez to my niece.

The technician was very professional and courteous and ran through exactly what he was going to do and worked very efficiently. The carpets look great and I'm very satisfied with the service. I have heard the ad on the radio many times but I was sent an offer through email for a discounted offer and that is what sold me.
