The technician (Tyler) was very professional & courteous. He explained the process & asked if there were any areas of concern. When he would finish cleaning an area, he would explain what he did to clean that particular area and would ask how it looked.
I liked that the carpets weren't soaking wet, hard or crunchy when he was finished.
