The product does not use soap. Service was prompt and professional. I was impressed with the little things done like protection for corners and covering door.

The cleaning products seem safe for babies/kids/adults, and likely remove some of the chemicals that come imbedded in new carpet.

It makes the carpets look a lot better and smell fresher! its fast, easy to get appointment fast. You hire great people to clean carpets, easy to have in your home, understanding, great attitude. We had James and we thought he was wonderful! i liked that he was in the Army.

Our tech, Justin was amazing! Very polite and honest. Explained the carpet cleaning process and price as he arrived. Really listened to when I asked questions and gave me a quote for future services. I was very impressed with the communication from my initial inquiry to Justin making sure I didn't have any more questions before he left. Very happy with service & Justin.
