I like Zerorez because they do not use any harsh chemicals. My carpets looks fabulous, had 3 rooms and stairs done. Carpets were dry by the next morning. Employee was very friendly and explained things well before he even started.

You need a redesign of the device that comes in contact with furniture fabrics. The one you currently have and use is simply too wide to clean between tight areas, say fabrics next to wood arms on an expensive chair or any areas on furniture that are tight. Making this tool narrower and flexible will greatly enhance your ability to do a better job.
I discussed this with the person cleaning my dining room chairs, and he agreed that such a new tool would greatly enhance his ability to do a more through and better job for his company.
Over all, Zerorez did a better job than what I have seen other cleaning companies do. My 8x11 wood area rug is now cleaner than when I purchased it. I did not expect this rug to shrink, but it did by 4 inches on all sides. The dining room chairs are as good as they can be given they were purchased in 1990 and went through a tornado in 2011.
