We had an oriental rug cleaned. I liked the fact they called me to talk about the cleaning and repairs (I had asked for opinion regarding repairing fringe). They were honest and I appreciated that. They were at the house and returned/delivered the cleaned rug exactly when they said they would.

Amazing! Our carpet looks like new! I didn't realize how bad it was getting (obviously knew I had some stains so called Zerorez), but I'm overwhelmed with how good it looks!
The professionalism of the staff. All 3 times I've had Zerorez clean my carpets it's been great. Also, it seems because of the empowered water it seems like everything dries faster.

The area rug treatment prices can easily exceed the cost of a rug. I think the techs should be trained in providing feedback or recommendations to a customer to determine if the cost is worth the benefit. For example, an afghan/persian/oriental rug may well be worth the cost to clean, but cleaning a standard synthetic 6'x8' or 8'x10' area carpet/rug may quickly exceed the value of the rug.

Carpeting looks clean and refreshed. I like the no residue aspect of Zerorez but what I like the most is the service. Our appointment was arranged expeditiously. Eric, the technician, kept us informed of his arrival time. He showed up, answered our questions, took a tour of the house and was busy cleaning in no time flat. My husband and I are both pleased with the outcome. The two cats, Russell Grocott & Peaches Clark not quite as pleased. My husband asked, "Do you know what two cats do locked up in the furnace room for several hours and all that noise? They POOP over, and over, and over!"
