Patrick did a great job. He had me check after he had finished each room. I had a couple of problem spots which he thought might be a problem but they looked very good when he finished. I hope he's available when I need to do it again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez employs the best, most professional service people as well as the best carpet cleaning standards in the industry. This is the second time , in as many years, I have used Zerorez for my carpets. I have recommended them to both family and friends who are also very,satisfied. I know I have clean, chemically safe carpeting in my home now. Safe for my Westie, my little Grandson, me. Them whole carpet cleaning process was easy. Many items were moved and replaced for me so that entire rooms could be cleaned. Thank you Zerorez!

The carpet-cleaning service was fast and thorough. The service tech explained everything to us, how the service worked and what to expect. We were amazed at the attention to detail; the service tech found and treated stains we had completely forgotten about. We could immediately see that the carpets everywhere were cleaner.

Such a different experience from a cheaper carpet service we used. Unlike Zerorez, the other service used our water and sinks to get water and drain the vacuum. They provided nothing to protect the furniture when waiting for the carpets to dry. The biggested issue -- We didn't notice much of a difference in the carpets. They were only marginally cleaner.

We look foward to using Zerorez again. Thank you!

100% better second time around. Very pleased about how concerned Zerorez was at making sure I was completely satisfied. Also very impressed that when coming back for the second cleaning they were completely willing to accommodate my schedule.

The carpets look great. We have a white (lolol old white) carpet that we are going to replace that we had cleaned and pet treated, OMGolly it looks good and is clean. The living room has like new look and the house is so much cleaner. The man who cam out was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. I appreciate the care that he took in being careful, in explaining everything, and being very detailed. This is our second time using you and we recommend you to everyone, and plan to use you again. The only item I feel bad about is, I cant remember the name of your Awesome employee.

The carpet looks amazing. I'm looking forward to using the spot remover treatment. First and foremost though I would recognize the outstanding customer service provided by both the staff member who I spoke with on the phone regarding your services and who booked my appointment AND the gentleman who came to my home and carried out the work. Utmost professionalism all the way around. Very impressive.

We appreciate that there are no chemicals or sticky residue on the carpet once it is dried. My husband and dog are chemical-sensitive; so, we certainly do appreciate this company approach. All staff with whom I have ever worked are so client-friendly. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Jordan yesterday!
