Very solid cleaning job for our large area of carpet and tile floors. They don't use harsh chemicals and everything was dry right away.

Like others I am very impressed with the products used and the method of cleaning. But I am also impressed with the technicians who present a friendly and clean cut-image. It set me at ease to have them working in our home. Zerorez gets a "10" in training their technicians well in presenting the product and performing the services. I requested Derek to return for the second cleaning, but he was not available; so Jaimie came... and WOW, he was great too.

Lack of chemicals that attract dirt later. your staff always is so personable and attentive to doing a good job. they seem so concerned when they cannot get out old stains that I accept as being permanent

ZeroRez does quality work and if for any reason you aren't happy with the work they don't hesitate to come back out to redo it at no extra cost in most cases.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very impressed with how clean the carpets were after the cleaning. Zerorez went out of their way to give us the best rate possible and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets at our newly purchased house.

We were going to replace the carpets altogether but the carpets look basically new (one tough stain was slightly visible). Saved us hundreds of dollars and we didn't have to replace our carpet!

It made my 5-year-old, one old dog, one puppy, one cat carpet look like new! I'm not kidding. I wasn't hopeful about some of the stains that the old dog left as she aged and of course the puppy stains through her potty-training. Not to mention 5 years of, "We'd better take our shoes off for this new carpet...wait I forgot the tickets!" But this carpet is beautiful. Even our well-trod traffic patterns look amazing. I cannot find anything negative about this experience including the price!

The technicians are very informative and the result is excellent. I had Steve Roalien and another fellow forgot his name. There work was the best I have had with your company I would love to have the same crew back with my next rug cleaning.

Even though our carpet is about 16 years old, it looks almost like new after being cleaned by Zerorez! It had been 2 years since we last had it cleaned (by Zerorez)so it was well overdue. James was very prompt and he did a fantastic job! We definitely recommend Zerorez!
