I like the professionalism and knowledge of the operator running the cleaning equipment. The equipment Robert showed up with to clean the carpets looked like the latest greatest out there. Robert explained the process step by step very clearly and bluntly saying the dirt spots were kind of bad and that he would do the best he could to get them clean. Very happy with the service and would definitely consider Zerorez again.

It was not perfect, but it was so much better, the carpet cleaning job. Sean gave some good ideas on how to handle the imperfections! I was very happy by and large!
