Good service! I thought that our guy (Eric) was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only disappointment is that he was unable to remove a couple of paint droplets from the carpet in the nursery, but Eric brought that to my attention and suggested another way for us to address that issue if it really bothers us, so I can't complain.

The Service we received from Jermaine was well above par. Jermaine was personable and professional, not to mention he communicated realistic expectations regarding what we should expect. I would have provided a 10 for recommending Zerorez, however last time we recommended to neighbors we did not receive any future consideration in pricing, as expressed by the technicians.
