Alex explained what he was doing and was very honest in what they could do for my carpet. It looked new when he was finished even though it was 7 years old and had only been cleaned once before.

We've used zerorez twice and both times have had a great experience. This last time our service tech was very friendly and did a great job. The carpets look like new and they dry so quickly. We will definitely call again when we need a cleaning!

I just need to comment that our cleaner was nice courteous and knowledgeable, but he wore the shoe covers right from the truck! Kind of defeats the purpose if you never take them off!

Like the quick response to my needs. Liked the persona the technician displayed. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Carpet was cleaned nicely leaving no residue or tell tale orders. Dried within a reasonable time. Couldn't be happier.
