You guys aren't the cheapest cleaners out there but you were on time and the carpets look great. The technician on my job was Eric Burnett and he did an excellent job. He explained everything in advance and then he went to work. He was informative, efficient, and very professional. Like I say, he did a great job on the carpets.
Customer Service reps that come into the home are top notch, carpet drys quickly, and convenience for days they will come plus my carpet is clean!

Daniel displayed excellent Customer Service with his concern and professional attitude. He explained Zerorez policy and product thoroughly and got to work. His interest in detailing some pet accidents which were successfully removed were very much appreciated.

I like how clean things get, without the nasty chemicals.
I did not have the best experience with the last cleaning, equipment failures, yes 2 different pieces, and at first the tech acted like he didn't know what to do. I suggested he call and have someone bring him a new equipment. Then the large fan didn't work. I asked if he checks his equipment, or did he just let someone else load his van? It was disappointing, He did contact the office and they adjusted the price for the inconvenience of the equipment.
I really like zeroez, this is the first bad experience, I just wanted to share the disappointment in equipment preventive maintence.
