Very clean carpets -Professional Service with explanations of what & why things are being done. Duane was excellent at his job and in explaining. The Carpets dry much faster after Zerorez cleans them.

Loyal was very knowledgeable and helpful. The carpets came out clean and there wasn't an awful, chemical, clinical smell. We are one week out and the carpets continue to look good......looking forward to that continuing.

You came back a second time to remove stains that were not removed the first time. And they came out!! Kudos to the service tech who came back!
