The product does not use soap. Service was prompt and professional. I was impressed with the little things done like protection for corners and covering door.
The cleaning products seem safe for babies/kids/adults, and likely remove some of the chemicals that come imbedded in new carpet.

Great technican. Work done quickly and efficiently. You should tell folks that there is a water disposal fee over and above the cost and tax, however.
