We bought a house with a strong dog smell and had Zerorez come to clean the carpets and although it got better with the first cleaning the smell came back and Zerorez lived up to their guarantee and came back to re-clean free of charge.

I really like that there is no strong smell, the carpets looks really good, it's been 2.5 days and no issues. As to the service I can't say enough. The tech, Peter Graves (sounds like mission impossible), went above and beyond. We got 1 foot of snow Sunday night; North of the twin cities barely got a dusting of snow. Peter drove from North of the Twin Cities to get to our house. He got stuck in our unplowed, long country road drive way. He didn't give up, he shoveled the snow out from under the van, and attempted the steep, extremely slippery hill again! I figured he would rescheduled, but he didn't, what a trooper! He was in a great mood, very professional, very thorough I can't say enough about how happy I am with his dedication. I think it is seldom that you see that kind of commitment and tenacity. Thank you Peter!
