My carpets have never been cleaner. I also had my rugs cleaned (I thought I would have to get rid of them). They are like new again!

First of all, our technician, Tyler Trent was great. He was very knowledgable, explained everything he was doing and going to do. When we get the rest of our house done, I want Tyler to do it !!

In our old house (we just downsized), we had a couple of other companies clean our carpets over the years. They were unable to get some stains (from kids & pets) out. We were told they were embedded and would only lighten in color. We were very disappointed with all the results. When we were getting our house ready to put on the market, we took a chance on getting the carpets cleaned again and called Zerorez this time. Technician that time was great. Like Tyler, explained everything in detail. To our amazement, Zerorez system worked. ALL stains were gone and our carpets looked like new !!!

Easy on time

Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining the process and cleaning the carpets. I am very satisfied. I appreciated the calls to narrow down the service time and the call when Ryan was on his way.

It leaves no residue

Friendly tech. His name is Ryan. Ryan took one long sniff of our dog pee stained area of carpet. Ryan could immediately identify that yes indeed, they are dog pee stains. What really blew me away was that Ryan could actually be able to identify the sex of the dog, dog breed, dog age and even the dog's mental state. WTF Ryan! That was cool!

Polite employees, timely, and they did a fantastic job on my 10 year old carpet. Looks brand new! I would definitely recommend.

My carpets look very good. There still are a few spots, but overall good.

Dave was very polite, thorough and did a tremendous job. He was also very professional. He worked on a Friday afternoon and I felt he didn't try to rush his job and get it done because it was a Friday. I am very happy with the work he did. My carpets look great!
