The techs (Rob and Dez) thoroughly looked over our home and explained what and how things would be done as well as answer any questions we might have. It did take quite a while to complete the process of cleaning of our furnace and ducts due to the extensive renovation we had done. but we are convinced it could not be done any better. A piece of mind process for us. The techs were very personable and polite. Your company and your techs will be welcome in our home every time we need your services. My service tech was a super guy. For being six years old & having two dogs he brought my carpet to almost new looking. He did a through job & was super nice. Definitely would recommend & will use Zerorez again.

It seemed to be Chemical Free and non smelling!

Mark Kaiser was the Technician for our cleaning. Mark was very punctional, professional and had a wonderful salesman like personality. We were very impressed with his work and feel like we have new carpets!!!

We would highly recommend you to our family and friends!!
