He did a very good job of cleaning and taking care of the carpet. Also, advising me after he was through as to how I should walk on it and moving the furniture back in place.

My technician, Derick, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He collaborated with me on decisions that were informed and respectful rather than talking down to me or acting purely like a sales person. Time frames and cost were transparent and accurate. He even returned a second time to re-treat an area affected by dog urine free of charge so long as the retreatment did not exceed our initial cost. Service was great and was done quickly!

We are most pleased. We had our boat carpets and upholstery done. When the tech got here we decided to do the house also. He was professional and courteous. We noticed when the upholstery dried in the boat it appeared some was missed so I called later in the week. You immediately scheduled someone to come back out. The person who came corrected the problem and discussed the specifics about upholstery and how the knap (if spelled correctly) appears and how to be sure it was running in the right direction and how to use a damp sponge to make adjustments. When the second tech was here my neighbor saw the truck she said we must have been happy as we had them come again to do more work for us. I explained the return trip was not for more work but due to some concern about the upholstery and how zerorez promptly and professionally addressed our concern and came back.
