Chris explained how the process worked upfront and made sure I didn't have any questions. My couch and chair smelled fresh and clean afterwards and he gave me tips on the best way to clean any spills in the future. Before he left he helped set up my fan to assist in drying them faster.

I like that you responded promptly when I mentioned the stains in our carpet (compliments of our dog) hadn't been removed, despite the extra treatment in that area. Within a few days, someone came out to reclean that room. The results weren't completely successful (but getting urine out of a carpet/pad is difficult), but it looks much better.
