Easy to schedule. Accomodating. I was well informed of pricing before the technicial arrived. The technicial was willing to clean the stairs that I had forgotten to tell the scheduler about. I was asked to see the progress as it was made throughtout cleaning session. The technicial was very open to moving furniture. The end result was wonderful - clean, very clean carpet!!!

Great communication process on appointment time, prep required. The cleaning associate, Mike Van Kempen, arrived on time, completed the work quickly, he was fantastic. He explained the service and cost in great detail, very nice kid. He should be commended on his customer service skills.
