Our Technician Tyler arrived very promptly and after introducing himself got right down to the nitty gritty. Tyler explained all phases of the cleaning in detail and succinctly, he made it remarkably simple for me to understand what he was doing at all times, even after multiple questions Tyler was very friendly answered with a wealth knowledge (I presume he has been working at Zerorez for years, no way a newbie could know what he knew.) At the start of the process I was amazed by Tylers physical strength, he was hauling in what looked to be very heavy equipment with ease, including one massive fan that he used for drying. We have had our carpets cleaned many times and without a doubt Zerorez is the best, the difference is like night and day! So a tip of the hat to Zerorez and a tip of the hat to Tyler our technician. I can tell he put a great deal of effort into making our carpets like new, I was not expecting such skill from a young man but he proved me wrong. As of now I have recommended Zerorez to multiple coworkers, family, friends, and even my hair stylist! Great job Tyler! I will ask for you if I ever need these old carpets cleaned once again!

We have hired your company twice and both times I have been impressed by the interaction of your technicians. They are extremely knowledgeable about cleaning and do an excellent job of communicating exactly what they are doing and why. I makes me as a customer feel like I am part of the process and have some ownership as opposed to just being the guy who writes the check when it is all finished. The grout cleaning this time was amazing. We didn't do our mud room, for obvious reasons, and there is an absolute night and day difference from that room to the rooms that had the grout cleaned. It was well worth the $1/square foot.
