The customer service is exceptional with professional and friendly staff. We had our whole house taken care of in one afternoon, our technician was very diligent in making sure I looked at each section he completed to see if everything was satisfactory and was more than willing to go over an area if I felt there was more to be done. We had an area rug taken away to be cleaned and once again the customer service was wonderful. Our rug was set to be delivered but on closer inspection Zerorez felt there was more that could be done to clean our rug thus postponing the delivery so that the work could be done. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and will be using Zerorez again!

Steve and Nathan, did a great job. Steve has been here before and we like the work that he does. They are professional and explain what they need to do as well as checked out the vents in my house so I will be doing that later this summer.

My carpets & couch look fantastic!! It was very easy to get an appointment at the time that was convenient for me, and my technician was right on time!

The worker was early which was awesome. Then he worked like a dog!! He also answered all of my questions...some were dumb but he never made me feel like it. Afterwards the carpet looked like new!! All around great experience.
